Delivery Coverage and Processing
- Delivery Coverage: Ozuzu delivers products to over 21,000 unique Pin Codes across India.
- Shipping Timeframe: Orders are typically shipped within 48 working hours after receipt. Delivery by our logistics partner usually takes 2 to 10 days. Customers in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bangalore can expect delivery within 3 days. Delivery times may vary based on location, accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities.
- Shipping Fee/Delivery fee shall be decided based on the location/order value at the time of checkout.
Delivery and Contact
- Delivery Issues: If you haven't received your order within 10 days, contact us at support@ozuzu.com.
- Undeliverable Pin Codes: We check deliverability to your location based on the Pin Code at the time of order placement and also subsequently. In case you are able to place your order and subsequently the Pin Code becomes unserviceable, we will cancel your order and refund your money (in case of pre-paid orders) within 48 hours.

Please note that in case of orders where the total value exceeds ₹5000, our customer care team may reach out to the customer directly for verification of the order before shipping the same.
Shipping Fees and Special Cases
- Cash on Delivery Fee: An additional ₹30 -1.5% of invoice shipping fee applies for Cash on Delivery orders.
- Damaged/Different Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at support@ozuzu.com; refer to our Return Policy. Delivery partners will not be able to assist in such cases.
Order and Address Handling
- Address Accuracy: Ensure full and correct addresses including Pin Code are provided. Orders and addresses cannot be changed post-placement of order. Each order ships to a single specified address.
- Order Cancellation: In exceptional cases, orders may be cancelled due to unserviceability, and refunds for prepaid orders will be credited within 48-72 hours of cancellation.
Delivery Attempts and Multiple Products
- Delivery Attempts: Courier partners make three delivery attempts. On failure, we'll contact you to arrange delivery.
- Multiple Products: Orders with multiple products may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers, potentially extending delivery time.
